North Kowloon

Vital, perennially interesting and with surprising pockets of history and culture tucked away in the most unlikely corners, northern Kowloon is often overlooked.

Height restrictions due to the proximity of the old Kai Tak Airport meant that northern Kowloon – directly under the flight path – has changed little in recent decades. Gritty, workaday Sham Shui Po and Shek Kip Mei, in particular, offer much of historical, cultural and contemporary social interest, and are a world away from the glitzy shopping areas located only a few stops southwards on the MTR.

Meeting Point:

Prince Edward MTR inside station exit B.

Finish Point:

Shek Kip Mei - near the MTR station.

Price:

$325HKD per person for a scheduled walk.  For private group booking enquiries please contact us.
