I agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, that (1) I participate in the above mentioned trip entirely at my own risk, and am responsible for all aspects of my participation in the trip, including obtaining full insurance cover against all related risks, and (2) I will not claim against Angsana/Jason’s Walks or any of its staff, officers, advisers, sponsors, service providers, agents or contractors, or any person associated with it or them, (together “Angsana/Jason’s Walks”) for any injury, damage or loss (including economic and consequential loss) arising at any time or in any manner in connection with the trip. (I also so agree as agent for any other person on whose behalf I am applying to participate in the trip, as if such person had completed this form, and I confirm that I am duly authorised to do so and agree to indemnify Angsana/Jason’s Walks and keep Angsana/Jason’s Walks indemnified against all claims by such person arising in connection with the trip)."
